About the Author
Recently retired, Bill lives in Western New York with his wife, Patty, and their two dachshunds, Brody and Herbie. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and a Master of Science degree in leadership, both from Roberts Wesleyan University in Rochester, New York.
Bill has been a Christian for most of his life, having been raised in the Free Methodist Church. As a junior in high school, he rededicated his life to Jesus Christ and affirmed his faith in baptism many years later as an adult. He currently leads a small group gathering of Christians and teaches an occasional adult Sunday school class at the church he attends.
In addition to writing, Bill enjoys renovating his cottage, reading, researching his family history, and fiddling with his model railroad. Bill’s first book, Junior’s Hope: A memoir of a Father’s Son, was written as a tribute to his deceased father. It was while chronicling his father’s battle with prostate cancer that he discovered his love for writing.
